Week 1
Intake meeting
We'll set up time to discuss your business, understand the job requirements, the skills needed and the culture of the team. We ensure to understand your organisational needs, team dynamics and stage your company is in and what talent it needs for continued success.
Week 2
Candidate Outreach & Screening & Interviewing
We reach out to our network of qualified candidates with the opportunity, and headhunt passive talent, showcasing the mission of your company. We get them excited about the opportunity to work in your organisation and introduce the most suitable talent to your organisation.
Week 3
Interviews and assessments
We introduce you to the talent for the role, and you run your recruitment process to choose the best fit. We keep in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure everything is going to plan and ensure you are kept up to date on the candidate pipeline.
Week 3 & 4
Feedback session
After the initial interviews, we have a meeting to understand your feedback on the talent you have met, using this to ensure you are on track to making the best hire. If at this point, something has changed in the requirements or you notice you may need a different profile, we pivot our search accordingly.
Hire Starts
After you have completed the recruitment process, we help with offer negotiations, reference checking and onboarding of your new hire.
